Hi Everyone Our schedule for trainers will be changing. Starting on Monday (tomorrow) I will be teaching the 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am and 4:30pm. Dan will be teaching 5:30 and 6:30pm and Leah will continue teaching the Burn Classes. Emmanuel will be teaching 5:30am on Wednesdays and Fridays (those are the two morning classes that I will not be teaching). After a lot of consideration, we will no longer have the noon class on Tuesday and Thursday. I apologize for this but we someone's have no members and we regularly only have 2. Thanks everyone! I plan to get a few fans this evening to try to get some air flow during classes. See you all soon! Kevin
WAKE UP! There's still time to make it to the Washington State fitness Expo for the Amped CrossFit Throwdown. We have two teams that KC/Shannon Siri/Britt(her sister)! If you can make it down there cheer them on if you can't get your butts in the gym for the 10am class!

20140815 As I was finding something to post here I came across this and felt it was speaking to me and therefore to all of you ;-). It says it all and I don't think I can really add anything more to it. Today I was truly thankful for all that I have and all the wonderful people I know! Make your way to Mt. Tabor tomorrow for the PDX Adult Soapbox Derby. Show up sometime between 10 and 2. Cheer your butts off for Laura and Dean when they zoom past you in their whip. Find your way to the start to see a husky coach in spandex pushing them the first 10m. Applause and the very loud yelling of exclamations such as "WOOOOOO!" or "YEEEAAAH!" can alter gravity in their favor. #keepportlandweird #gofastorgohome
Just wanted to tell everyone good job on their CrossFit Total Monday. Everyone I have talked to hit at least one PR! I also wanted express how proud I am of the athletes in Barbell Club. They have been working their butts off and it is paying off. They all matched or hit a PR in a mock meet we did last night! Awesome Job Coach Andy
